Returns and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Wanderfull Merch! Please review our Returns and Exchange Policy to understand the terms and conditions related to your purchase.

Returns:

  • Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items unless there is a production defect.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color choices.
  • Exchanges will only be processed in the case of a production defect.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, please contact our customer support at wanderfullmerch@gmail.com within 30 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with any original tags or packaging.

Production Defects:

  • If you receive a product with a manufacturing error or defect, please contact us with a photo of the issue for assessment.

Shipping Costs:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • NO REFUNDS

How to Initiate an Exchange:
